As our Junior Trust Account Administrator, Hannah helps to keep CLM’s trust accounts running like clockwork, making sure client payments, transfers, deposits and withdrawals are handled accurately and on time.
Prior to joining our firm in November 2025, Hannah spent three years working in financial administration at Forsyth Barr’s Dunedin office. She takes pride in understanding exactly what a task requires, executing it with precision, and keeping her colleagues informed every step of the way. Reliability is at the heart of Hannah’s work. She thrives on supporting her team, spotting discrepancies quickly, and navigating multiple platforms with confidence. Colleagues know they can count on her to catch the small details that make a big difference.
Originally from the Bay of Plenty, Hannah left in 2018 to study at Otago University, earning a double degree in psychology and sociology with a minor in criminology. She’s now back in Te Puke with her parents, adjusting to a city that has changed almost beyond recognition while saving for an upcoming adventure to Europe with her partner and siblings.
When she’s not working, Hannah’s hands are rarely idle. She grew up in a “working bee” household and loves getting her hands dirty in the vegetable patch. She’s also discovered a flair for furniture restoration, from reupholstering dining chairs and ottomans to flipping TV units and drawers. She recently took up crochet while making baby blankets, booties, and plushies for her nephew – counting stitches as carefully as she counts numbers at work.
