Caryn has been working in the legal industry for nearly three decades, and brings extensive experience in administration and conveyancing to our Private Client & Trust team. She expertly manages the multitude of steps involved in property transactions and subdivisions, from drafting sale and purchase agreements and easements, to issuing titles and liaising with banks and councils. Caryn ensures every part of the process is organised, accurate, and completed efficiently, giving her colleagues and our clients confidence that nothing is overlooked.
Known for her quiet diligence and head-down work ethic, Caryn keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. She thrives on process, enjoys ticking items off her checklist, and always gets the job done – particularly when deadlines are tight. Her focus and attention to detail make her an invaluable team member, helping others manage complex workloads and achieve seamless outcomes. Caryn has been a steady, reliable presence at CLM since first arriving in 2017. While she may be quiet around the office, her work quietly speaks volumes, keeping our team and clients on track and everything running smoothly.
At home, Caryn enjoys going for long walks and soaking up the Bay of Plenty’s natural beauty, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, reading and cooking. “Easy and yum” is her mantra in the kitchen – which mirrors her uncomplicated and straight-forward approach to life.
