Jocelyn is CLM’s Accounts Assistant, specialising in accounts receivable and supporting our Trust Accounts team. She ensures all client invoices are sent, funds are receipted, and outstanding payments are followed up – a role that requires supreme organisation, attention to detail, patience and diplomacy. Jocelyn’s extensive experience in accounts roles means she knows our systems inside out, and she’s adept at navigating challenges with empathy and professionalism, keeping clients and colleagues on track even when deadlines get tricky. Her calm, polite approach ensures that difficult conversations remain constructive, and her knack for finding solutions makes her a trusted point of contact in our office.
Since joining CLM in March 2021, Jocelyn has become known for her efficiency, reliability, and the quiet way she keeps things running smoothly. She enjoys seeing results and recovering debts, which ultimately keeps our firm in business.
When she’s not keeping CLM’s accounts in check, Jocelyn can be found dominating the bowling green. Beneath her modest demeanor lies a highly competitive streak – Jocelyn holds several New Zealand and regional bowling titles, with numerous bronze, silver and gold medals hanging in her lounge to prove it. No two games of bowls are ever the same, and Jocelyn thrives on the challenge.
At home, she’s a devoted Nana and loves spending time with her grandies. Watching her family grow and thrive remains her greatest achievement.
