Kaitlyn has built her legal career from the ground up – literally. Beginning as an Office Junior, she worked her way through roles as a Secretary and Registered Legal Executive before tackling a law degree at the University of Waikato. Completing her degree in four years while working fulltime, Kaitlyn proved she could juggle big challenges with sharp time management and determination – skills that now benefit her clients daily.

Today, Kaitlyn specialises in property and development law. She works with a wide range of private clients, from first-home buyers to investors, and also has experience acting for small and large developers. She understands that buying or selling property is often one of the biggest financial decisions people ever make. Kaitlyn expertly anticipates issues before they arise, explains complex title or contract problems in plain English, and keeps clients informed every step of the way. Her approach is practical, proactive and people-focused – all with the aim of making transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Colleagues describe Kaitlyn as calm under pressure and someone who just gets on with the job. She enjoys solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and (best of all), telling first-home buyers when it’s time to pick up their keys.

At home in Matamata, Kaitlyn and her husband are both entrepreneurs at heart and launched an on-demand Reformer Pilates studio in Morrinsville – the idea coming from Kaitlyn’s own frustration at being unable to make scheduled classes. When she’s not working on her next project, Kaitlyn spends time with her dog, Luna, and enjoys relaxing at Lake Maraetai and Ōhope Beach with family and friends.

Bachelor of Laws (Waikato University), New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies
