Kay has been adding style and spark to CLM’s image since 2015. Her career has spanned pharmaceuticals, agriculture, the airline industry and now law – and that versatility is what makes her such a valuable member of our team. She leads CLM’s marketing, sponsorship and events programme – building our firm’s profile locally and nationally, and making sure our strong community ties continue to grow.
Her professional philosophy is to be honest, listen carefully, and deliver the best results for the majority. Whether she’s working with our firm’s clients, community groups, colleagues or suppliers, Kay is known for her cheerful outlook and her ability to get things done. She enjoys the fast-moving world of marketing, and has been instrumental in refreshing CLM’s brand so it reflects both our firm’s century-long foundations and its modern, forward-looking approach. If anyone starts drifting back to the old, traditional ways of marketing a law firm, Kay is not afraid to put them firmly back on track.
With a knack for reinvention, Kay brings adaptability and energy to everything she does. She’s also proud to serve on the Tauranga Business Women’s Network (BWN) Committee, where she helps champion and support women across the Bay of Plenty.
Kay currently lives in Te Puke and is happily embracing her new role as Nana to grandson Bodhi. Family means the world to her – whether that’s dinner and banter with her two adult children, babysitting so her daughter can still ride her beloved horses, or simply soaking up the joy of small-town community life.
