As CLM’s Trust Administrator, she keeps over 1000 trusts running smoothly by making sure annual meetings happen, documentation is up to date, and clients stay informed.
Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Linda’s proactive, client-focused approach. She keeps everyone on track with gentle reminders, a calm presence, and a readiness to step in wherever needed. Linda helps draft documents and works collaboratively with other professionals such as accountants and investment advisors to make sure all the AGM pieces fit together perfectly, and CLM’s lawyers can ensure trusts are fit for purpose.
Linda’s trust spreadsheet is legendary around our office and she guards it closely. Colleagues dare not mess with it, and Linda ensures that every detail – from trustee names to the last AGM – is meticulously tracked.
At home, she and her husband enjoy pottering around their Minden lifestyle block. Linda has been deeply involved with Heart Kids NZ for many years, supporting families who are navigating congenital heart conditions while caring for her own teenage daughter who bravely faces the same challenge.
