Her calm approach under pressure is particularly valued when multiple high-value settlements coincide – she keeps things running smoothly while making it all look effortless.
Niccola joined CLM in 2006 and has prior experience in banking and legal support. Two decades later, her deep knowledge of trust accounting, meticulous attention to detail and reliability remain cornerstones of our firm’s operations. Colleagues appreciate her methodical approach, willingness to help wherever needed, and her ability to reconcile even the most complex numbers with quiet confidence.
When she’s not focused on Excel spreadsheets, Niccola’s personality really shines through. She is a bee enthusiast and has a hive of bee-themed knick-knacks – and she’s known for sharing delightfully bad jokes that always keep our accounts team laughing. She also enjoys daily quizzes and word puzzles with colleagues, as well as cross-stitch and embroidery, taking pleasure in creative projects that add colour and calm to her day.
