This role in our Corporate and Commercial practice group involves
- Advising on business structures, financing arrangements, company law issues and general commercial matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Assisting with all forms of business and share sales, due diligence, and other transaction work
- Working collaboratively with the Partners and senior staff as well as working independently when required
- Assisting and mentoring junior staff when required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a broad range of commercial and corporate law transactional/M&A work
- Horticulture sector experience is desirable but not required
- An ability to work both autonomously and part of the wider team
- Willingness to assist and mentor less experienced members of the team
- A commercial nous
- An ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike, building solid internal and external networks
- Excellent attention to detail
