Cameron is a Partner in CLM’s Property & Development team and he lives and breathes property law. He returned to CLM in 2016 and now advises developers, established investors and rural landowners on major residential, commercial and industrial developments including land acquisition, financing, council negotiations and consents. Cameron brings a strategic eye to every project, tailoring solutions to achieve the best outcomes.
His approach is grounded in first-hand experience. As an active property investor himself, Cameron understands the practical challenges his clients face and provides advice that balances risk with opportunity. He forms long-standing relationships so that he knows his clients’ broader strategy and long-term goals, enabling him to deliver results that matter.

A Bay of Plenty local, Cameron grew up in Whakatāne and now lives in Mount Maunganui. Weekends are devoted to teaching his two young boys everything he knows – skiing, surfing, boating, mountain biking, golfing, hunting and more.
