Dion initially joined CLM as a Junior Office Assistant in March 2022 before discovering an unexpected passion for law. While working fulltime, she completed her Legal Executive Diploma at Toi Ohomai. Dion graduated in early 2025 and now supports our Property & Development team. She’s involved in everything from large subdivisions to private property transactions, providing crucial support and handling much of the grunt work that keeps the conveyancing process running smoothly.
Known around our office for her strong work ethic and positive attitude, Dion thrives in a collaborative environment. She enjoys helping both first-home buyers navigate unfamiliar processes and developer clients manage complex, time-sensitive projects. Focused and practical, she enjoys tackling hands-on tasks while making time to learn from senior colleagues and contribute to our team’s collective success.
Dion believes in making her hours in the office count and brings focus, energy, and a little bit of fun to everything she does.
At home Dion’s creativity shines in the kitchen – particularly when cooking Asian cuisine. She’s a master of spices and a true foodie at heart. You’ll often find her exploring Tauranga’s eateries or devouring a cheese scone from Spongedrop Cakery at the Mount. Dion’s also an avid reader and loves having a good chat about plot lines or the latest best-selling novels with any fellow book worms.
