Georgia started her journey at CLM in 2015 as a junior office assistant and has since grown into a Senior Registered Legal Executive within our Property & Development team. Specialising in residential conveyancing, subdivisions and finance, she expertly manages everything from contract negotiations to sale and purchase agreements, often juggling multiple settlements – sometimes handling up to 20 in a single day – without missing a beat.
Georgia’s approach to her work is grounded in empathy and resilience. She thrives under pressure, is known for her quick turnaround times, and isn’t afraid to tackle last-minute challenges.
Originally from the small town of Marton in the Manawatu, Georgia moved to Tauranga in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the area she now calls home. She’s a creative spirit who loves sewing, baking and anything crafty. Family is everything – she’s a mum to two young children and often has gourmet leftovers for lunch courtesy of her husband’s local catering business.
