Jasmine creates a clear roadmap for her clients, guiding them confidently through the twists and turns of commercial and property law. She handles residential, commercial and rural property sales and purchases, as well as business transactions, subdivisions, leases, banking and finance. She’s an expert at coordinating banks, councils, surveyors and other lawyers, streamlining all the moving parts so clients can relax knowing the details are under control.

Clients appreciate her excellent service and the way she breaks legal processes down into easy-to-follow steps. Whether she’s guiding first-home buyers through unfamiliar territory or working with seasoned business owners on complex commercial deals, Jasmine keeps things seamless and stress-free. Her neatly organised inbox and daily to-do lists are testament to her meticulous attention to detail. She balances this structure with warmth, positivity and a laugh that’s impossible to miss around our office!

Jasmine is also a natural mentor, always ready to pass on knowledge to junior lawyers and help them build good habits early. She knows first-hand the value of such support, and her approachable style makes her a go-to sounding board for our less experienced staff.

After moving to Papamoa from Auckland in 2024, Jasmine is embracing the Bay of Plenty’s hospitality scene as her husband and his family own and run several high-profile eateries around Papamoa. Jasmine is a self-confessed foodie and loves trying new restaurants (fries on the side are a must, despite her husband’s protests). She’ll never turn down an opportunity to catch up with friends at her favourite food spot, and can hold her own in any pub quiz.
