Kerry has been helping people navigate property law for the past two decades, bringing both expertise and a calm, steady hand to every transaction. She helps guide CLM’s clients through all aspects of buying, selling, financing, and subdividing property, as well as managing leases and retirement village arrangements. Kerry ensures every transaction runs smoothly and key dates never slip through the cracks thanks to her trusty spreadsheets and ever-bulging diary. Her attention to detail and organisational skills mean nothing is overlooked, and many of her clients return to her again and again for help.
Known for her pragmatic, client-focused approach, Kerry adapts her style depending on the situation. For seasoned property buyers and sellers, she makes the process seamless. For those less familiar with property law, she’s happy to hold their hand every step of the way, explaining the technical details in plain language so they feel confident and informed. Around our office, she’s recognised for her efficiency, professionalism and can-do attitude.
She’s been a keen footballer since she was a teenager – Kerry often travels around the Bay of Plenty at weekends representing her Tauranga City club team in league matches and tournaments. She also enjoys running, fitness, and cheering on her teenage son at his basketball and rugby games.
Whether she’s chasing a ball down the wing of a football pitch, or ensuring an Occupation Right Agreement is perfectly executed, Kerry brings skill, dedication and a warm, approachable manner to everything she does.
