As CLM’s Financial Controller, Kriselle oversees our firm’s financial management, planning and reporting. She leads a five-strong team, ensuring client funds are managed with care and financial processes are streamlined. A key part of her role is translating complex financial data into clear, practical insights for CLM’s Partners, helping them make sound business decisions. Kriselle makes sure the numbers always make sense.
Originally from Te Puke, Kriselle spent almost 20 years studying and working in Wellington, including several years with Deloitte providing tax advisory services. She is a Chartered Accountant and also an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand – a combination that gives her a unique perspective on running a law firm.
Colleagues describe her as hardworking and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on teamwork. She leads with integrity and always has other people’s backs while encouraging them to grow.
Since moving to the Bay of Plenty, Kriselle has embraced the region’s slower pace of life and sunshine. Saturdays are reserved for crepes with her kids, followed by a walk up Mauao or the Papamoa Hills, and some time spent in the garden. A seasoned traveller with a soft spot for the Mediterranean, Kriselle dreams of one day returning to those beaches and cobbled streets. But for now she’s content with homemade pasta and a glass of wine enjoyed in her own backyard.
