Lee-Anne has been part of CLM for over 20 years and brings a deep knowledge of our firm, problem-solving skills, and organisational prowess to her role as Project Manager. She helps guide our teams through change while implementing technology solutions, optimising workflows and keeping everything compliant so it’s easier for everyone to work efficiently and do their best.
Her approach is simple: just get it done. Colleagues rely on her grit, patience and practical mindset to tackle everything from implementing a new practice management system to rolling out payroll changes and managing complex data projects. She’s a natural “Jack of all trades” and always keeps the end goal in mind while being flexible enough to change tack if necessary. Her overflowing A4 notebook is a testament to the number of tasks she juggles on any given day, and you’ll always hear her giggle whether she’s happy, stressed or on the verge of losing her mind.
Having previously worked as a Registered Legal Executive and in our finance/payroll team, Lee-Anne has a rare mix of longevity and insight across all aspects of our operations. Every year she plays a key leadership role in our firm’s biggest annual project – the release of Zespri’s new grower licences which has evolved from a closed-tender bid paper process to an online real-time digital auction. Her experience allows her to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that make work smoother for everyone.
Lee-Anne and her husband make the most of Bay of Plenty life with their four children, often exploring local parks and having camping adventures. She also enjoys a good gym session to unwind and escape the demands of both work and home.
