Melissa has been a cornerstone of CLM since she joined us straight from school in 1993, just before her 17th birthday. With decades of legal experience now under her belt, she specialises in subdivisions – expertly handling the sale of multiple house and land packages in new developments, and making sure everything is seamless for developers, builders and buyers alike.
She is a master of Landonline (where title information is stored), and her knack for multi-tasking and proactive problem-solving ensures property transactions always run smoothly under Melissa’s watch.
Doing a job well, meeting client expectations and wrangling tight timeframes is deeply satisfying. Melissa keeps our firm’s processes running efficiently and helps minimise any unnecessary drama. She’s calm under pressure and is known for being approachable and willing to help. She always strives to do her best for clients, and to have good working relationships with others in the legal profession.
Melissa values the team-driven environment at CLM, where colleagues have become true friends. She and her two closest workmates visit Tauranga Library together every week to hunt out new reads before sharing some hot chips and a few laughs together.
A beachfront caravan site in Long Bay near Coromandel township awaits Melissa whenever she has time to visit. Soaking up summer weekends by the sea with her family, and enjoying excellent food and wine, always puts a smile on her face.
