Rhiannon is a valued member of CLM’s Private Client & Trust team and has over 20 years of experience in law firms across New Zealand, the UK and Australia.
As a highly capable Legal Assistant, she provides essential support to clients and colleagues and is often the first person people speak to when they need to sort out estates, property sales, or trust matters. Rhiannon is adept at gathering background information, arranging meetings, drafting documents such as wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and trust arrangements, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Colleagues value Rhiannon for her reliability, diligence and no-fuss approach. She is known for quietly getting on with the job, making sure every detail is methodically taken care of. Whether she’s handling administration and settlement statements, coordinating settlements, or finalising files, Rhiannon’s calm professionalism and efficiency underpin the smooth running of our team. She makes even the busiest day look like a calm Tuesday morning, giving both clients and colleagues reassurance and confidence in every matter she works on.
Outside the office, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her family and embracing active adventures. Weekends might see her wakeboarding on Rotorua’s lakes, boating in Tauranga Harbour, exploring the Coromandel, or taking her kids to swimming lessons and dance classes. She always enjoys being near water, whether fishing, boating or just soaking up the sun at our region’s best beaches.
