LinkedIn Profile

Rosie is the extra pair of hands every busy legal team hopes for. Supporting our Litigation and Local Government team, she describes herself as ‘a third arm’ for the lawyers around her, stepping in wherever she’s needed to help keep matters moving smoothly. Whether she’s preparing court bundles and exhibits, managing calendars, organising meetings, filing documents or keeping an eye on deadlines, Rosie thrives on helping shoulder the workload so others can focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Her path into law wasn’t conventional. After five years as an architectural CAD technician, Rosie gained hands-on experience in a Tauranga law firm before heading overseas on her OE. While living in Japan and working on a ski field, she enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws through the University of Waikato.  She now balances fulltime work at CLM with evening lectures.

Growing up on a dairy farm in the South Waikato, Rosie brings a strong work ethic and practical approach to her role at CLM and her legal studies.

Outside work hours, Rosie enjoys snowboarding, a social game of tennis and the occasional surf.
