Tim knows the property game inside and out. Over the past two decades he has sharpened his expertise in property development, subdivisions, financing and security, commercial leasing, and business structuring. These days, the majority of his work is helping seasoned developers and commercial operators steer big, complex deals past legal pot holes and safely to the finish line.
Tim’s clients are often savvy decision-makers in competitive industries. They value his calm, logical approach and his knack for breaking down complicated issues into practical, risk-managed solutions. Whether a deal calls for caution or boldness, Tim helps his clients see the full chess board, weigh their options, and choose the best play. Known for his consistency and collaborative style, he’s a lawyer who sweats the details so his clients don’t have to. He believes in stacking the odds of performance in your favour – ‘it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.’
Away from the office, Tim has a deep passion for golf and running. He’s competed multiple times in The New Zealand Amateur and run a number of marathons including one of special significance in Dublin, as an Irish citizen. His busy legal practice has dented his previous scratch handicap, but his colleagues and clients still know they have a tough task to beat him on the fairways.
He’s also working toward a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, interested in how mindset influences performance in sport, law and life. Whether he’s advising clients on multimillion-dollar developments or chasing birdies at Jack’s Point, Tim’s all about preparation, precision, and keeping a cool head under pressure.
