Bradley works across residential and commercial property, with a focus on residential construction, subdivision projects, commercial leasing and rural transactions. He supports clients through the legal side of development, from structuring and land acquisition through to sale and delivery, helping to keep projects moving and stay on track.
After graduating from the University of Otago in 2023, Bradley began his career at Tompkins Wake in Tauranga, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of property matters. His move to CLM in 2026 marks a shift towards more complex development and commercial work, while continuing to build on the residential property experience he has developed.
Bradley’s style is relaxed but focused. He aims to take the edge off what can feel like a daunting process, helping clients understand what’s involved without overcomplicating it. He’s particularly motivated by the end point – seeing clients secure a property or bring a subdivision to life. That moment, when everything comes together, is what makes all the legal paperwork worthwhile.
Outside of work, Bradley has recently returned to playing cricket with Otumoetai Cadets Cricket Club, which may or may not spark a bit of friendly rivalry with his CLM colleagues at Mount Maunganui Cricket Club. When the weather plays ball, you’ll also find him out on the water fishing with his dad – usually followed by a well-earned cold beer – or enjoying a casual run.
