Marley knows how to keep things moving – whether it’s steering a property deal from agreement to settlement, or out on her boat for an early morning fishing trip or harbour cruise.
Since joining CLM in 2017 as an office junior, Marley has steadily worked her way up in the legal profession and now specialises in property conveyancing. She works mainly with developers on house and land packages, managing transactions from start to finish. Her focus is making sure agreements go unconditional and progress payments come in on time, even when the process gets complicated.
Known for her efficiency and organisation, Marley is a hard worker who thrives on getting the job done. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her reliability, quick wit, and ability to cut through complexity without fuss. She enjoys the satisfaction of finalising a transaction, and the people she works with. She’s also renowned for having the tidiest desk in our office – and has a Christmas party award to prove it!
On the weekends Marley is happiest on the water, fishing rod in hand. Being on the ocean is very calming and she’s often on her boat by sunrise. She rescued an ex-racehorse called ‘Cash’ a couple of years ago, and after nurturing him back to full health, Marley has begun gently riding him around his paddock in the Kaimai Ranges.
