As a Senior Legal Assistant, Priscilla quietly orchestrates the behind-the-scenes work that keeps property and development transactions on track. She assists Peter Rust and Melissa Cox and handles everything from drafting agreements to completing settlements – making sure mortgages are repaid, money is transferred, and keys are handed over to excited new owners. It’s a role that demands accuracy, a calm head under pressure and a can-do attitude, all of which Priscilla has in spades.

Her career at CLM started back in 1990 as an office junior, when settlements meant dashing to the bank, and letters were still hand-delivered around town. After a decade with the firm she set off overseas, spending 16 years in London, Hong Kong and Sydney before returning to Tauranga in 2016. Re-joining the same colleagues she worked with decades earlier felt like coming home, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Known for quietly getting on with the job, Priscilla is part of the legendary “T3” – three lifelong friends at CLM who have been bridesmaids and godparents to each other’s children. That depth of connection carries through into the way she works with her team and supports clients with efficiency and good humour.

Outside of work, Priscilla loves walking her labrador-retriever cross around Tauranga’s reserves, and heading to the beach with her son for a swim almost every evening in summer. Having grown up locally, she’s proud to see her children become the third generation to attend St Mary’s Catholic School.
