The majority of my career has been spent in management of professional services firms including as COO at Bell Gully in New Zealand, Business Development Director at Minter Ellison in Australia and heading business development teams for Linklaters in both Hong Kong and London. Most recently I was working at PwC as the New Zealand COO. 

I have developed a broad range of skills in; building and managing teams, creating and implementing strategy alongside boards and management teams, working with client teams to help manage their client relationships, working on diversity, inclusion and sustainability initiatives and in the operational management of professional services firms. 

I moved to the Bay of Plenty in September 2021 and am living at Waihi Beach with my partner Wayne and new puppy Mabel. Moving to the Bay of Plenty was always in the plan, most of my whanau are located here or in Hamilton, where I grew up.
