After having finished my law degree at the University of Waikato, I joined Cooney Lees Morgan as a summer clerk in November 2021, going on to join the Corporate and Commercial team on a permanent basis in early 2022.

Completing my law degree in the aftermath of a traumatic brain injury is one of my greatest achievements. The challenges I have faced have led me to become a highly dedicated and motivated person who always strives to achieve at her very best. One of my favourite quotes is that ‘nothing worth having comes easy’ and I try to incorporate that mindset and philosophy into my work and life.

Having grown up in the beautiful Bay of Islands, Tauranga offers me the best of both worlds – the beach and the city. When I’m not at work I’m normally somewhere by the ocean. A perfect day for me would consist of sailing and paddleboarding with my miniature golden retriever Poppy. She hates to miss out on an adventure and looks quite cute in her life jacket!
