Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), University of Waikato
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I had a very satisfying and successful career with the New Zealand Customs Service. I completed my law degree while also working full-time, and graduated in 2020 with first class honours.
My practice commenced in a boutique law firm in Rotorua, before moving to Auckland and working for two pre-eminent barristers at Bankside Chambers specialising in employment and construction law.
I joined Cooney Lees Morgan in 2024 as a senior solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Local Government team. I specialise in civil and commercial litigation as well as employment and resource management law.
I am a driven and focussed individual, who enjoys the challenge of achieving the best possible outcome for my clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the farm as well as hunting and fishing.
