I joined Cooney Lees Morgan in November 2022. I have significant experience conducting litigation at all court levels including Family, District, High Court and Court of Appeal with regards to relationship property, estate, trust, civil and commercial litigation matters.

I am a former Partner of Inder Lynch, lawyers of Papakura, Auckland. I spent over 30 years there, having joined as a graduate. I spent the first few years of my practice in the family and criminal law realm, before expanding into relationship property, estate, trust, civil and commercial litigation work. After many years of fruitful practice in the Auckland region, I decided I wanted a new challenge and a lifestyle change that Tauranga offers.  

I have previously acted as court-appointed Counsel in Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act matters and have considerable experience in dealing with assessment of mental capacity issues.

I have also dealt with regulatory prosecutions, coronial inquests, and have extensive mediation and arbitration experience.
