Junior Legal Assistant

We are currently on the lookout for a Junior Legal Assistant to join our Property and Development Team. The role will provide accurate, effective and timely secretarial and administrational services for various authors within and across the team.

The role:

  • Oversee various inboxes, responding and forwarding to emails as appropriate
  •  File letters, emails, documents and client files, as per company process and standard
  •  Write and amend letters and documents for authors as required
  •  Answer phones in a professional and polite manner, taking and forwarding messages as required but always looking for first call resolution
  •  Draft bill as instructed, follow-up on payment, ensuring authors are informed of payment status.

To succeed in this role we believe you:

  •  Have experience working in an administrational role
  •  Can follow processes and guidelines ensuring your work is carried out accordingly
  •  Are flexible and able to reorganise and priorities your tasks effectively
  •  Are highly computer literate and proficiency within the MS suite
  •  Have an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  •  Bring a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work
  •  Are a great communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
