I initially joined Cooney Lees Morgan in a temporary capacity in the Finance Department and am delighted to now have a permanent position in the team.

Prior to this, I have been working from home for the last 14 years as an accounting technician, contracting to a local chartered accounting firm and running my own practice. I enjoy the precision of bookkeeping and accounts and the fact the results are either black or white – no grey areas. 

My greatest accomplishment is being a single mum of five amazing kids and home educating them. It has been such a privilege to see them become amazing humans who myself and others enjoy spending time with.

Outside of the office I do CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting – both reasonably badly but I love the community. I also enjoy reading, walking and swimming plus spending time with family.

The best advice I have ever been given is “if I am going to laugh about it in a couple of weeks, laugh it off now!”
