Adam has more than 25 years’ experience as a litigator and became a partner of the firm in 2012.
Adam’s practice includes a wide range of court work and dispute resolution. His main area of expertise is regulatory prosecutions and local government litigation.
Adam has extensive experience undertaking prosecution and enforcement work for councils around New Zealand under the Resource Management Act and Building Act, as well as acting for clients who are the subject of regulatory investigations and prosecutions – particularly in matters involving health and safety or maritime issues.
Adam also acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients in civil litigation, Environment Court proceedings, coronial inquests, health and safety matters, and employment matters.
