Sophie joined the firm’s litigation team following her summer clerkship in 2023/24 and specialises in employment law and civil litigation.
Her practice includes advising employers on personal grievances, disciplinary processes, performance management, workplace investigations, and employment agreements. She also acts in a range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual claims, post-sale property issues, debt recovery, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Sophie enjoys working closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice, with a solution focused approach.
