Solicitor
Qualifications
I am currently working as a solicitor in the Property and Development Team where I assist clients with property transactions.
Providing pragmatic advice with an eye to achieving client focused outcomes guides my legal practise. Having had previous experience in corporate and commercial law I am able to apply an additional lens when advising corporate clients or private clients looking to deal with companies. I am motivated by the fast-paced environment and the problem-solving challenges that property law offers.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was a teacher across a number of primary and intermediate schools in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Northland. My time as a teacher has provided me with many practical skills that I now utilise as a lawyer. Tauranga has been my home for the past 10 years, and along with my young family, we are well-established in our local community. I enjoy keeping up to date with the happenings in our city and take pleasure in seeing Tauranga and its people thrive. I value the variety of outdoor activities on offer in the Bay of Plenty and keep active with regular cycling and running on the region’s tracks and trails.
