Greg has more than 35 years of litigation experience.
He was a partner at a long-established Auckland firm for over 30 years and made the move to Tauranga in 2022 for a lifestyle change and fresh challenges.
Greg has appeared at all court levels, from the Family Court to the Court of Appeal, and has also tackled regulatory prosecutions, coronial inquests, and countless mediations and arbitrations along the way.
Greg has been counsel in leading Court of Appeal and High Court cases on the law of trusts, including constructive trusts and trustee decisions in the context of discretionary family trusts.
For several years, Greg was a member and chaired a New Zealand Law Society Standards committee, as well as serving as a member of the Auckland District Law Society as the Counties/Coromandel representative for almost a decade.
